About GS1 DataBar Expanded Composite
GS1 DataBar Expanded encodes up to 74 numeric or 41 alphanumeric characters with any application identifiers – e.g. weight (3103), best-before (15) or lot (10). Standard for coupons and variable-weight fresh produce. The composite variant (CC-A) adds a 2D component for extra data such as lot or expiry.
